This introduction course is divided into 3 evening sessions, or over a weekend.
The first part describes the basics of the Enneagram, and for each part, we go deeper and cover more aspects of the model. After the course, you have a good understanding of all nine Enneagram types. You will here start a journey of learning to understand yourself better. Why we think, feel and act the way we do. And most important what the underlying fears and belives are, which are holding us back to live a full life.
You will eave this course with many aha experiences, and already beginning to gain a better understanding of yourself and the people in your life.
The course as an evening course gives participants time to reflect on the previous session before moving on to the next step. It is also offered as a weekend course.
No previous knowledge is required.
